At Billing Therapy, we believe our pricing should scale with your business, but never adversely impact your ability to remain profitable. Our fee is 7.5% of gross income logged for a calendar month, capped at $500.00. No matter how much revenue you generate, your percentage will never increase, and if you reach our $500.00 fee, our services will continue even as your revenue soars. What do I need to provide to you to take on my billing?
We generally request an email address from your website, an account in Simple Practice or Therapy notes, and access to any financial system you would like us to use.
Is there every a situation where I’ll pay more than $500/month?
Absolutely not. Once your revenue hits the $500 threshold, you don’t pay anything more.
How does billing work?
Once the month is concluded, we calculate your gross revenue and charge 7.5% up to $500. You will receive a monthly invoice.
What if I refer someone else to sign up?
Every referral that signs up gives you a free month of services!
