We will create all insurance claims, ensuring that they are processed correctly, the first time. We also handle secondary insurance claims, which can be complicated and time consuming!

When Insurance companies pay, they do so in bulk or through multiple communications. We handle it all, logging each payment, and even depositing checks if you so choose!

Client Payments
Deductibles and copays are critical for any therapist, but bad payment methods or insufficient funds can get in the way. We handle all client communications to ensure you get your full payment for your services

Aging/Outstanding Balances
We will know when an insurance claim is stuck or a client has a balance and we will tirelessly follow-up until completion. Our goal is to keep your books clean so that you don’t have to worry about lost revenue!
